NOTE: Associates are independent contractors utlizing our estate planning services; they are NOT attorneys. As such, they can provide you only with general information about estate planning and the various services offered through our National Attorney Network. Submitted factfinders are assigned to an attorney* in your state, who will contact you for a formal interview, answer questions you may have, and approve the preparation of your selected estate planning documents.

* If no network attorney relationship exists in your state, a staff attorney providing a legal opinion will be provided.
